How to bypass Internet Explorer restrictions? (OLD)

This eliminates the need to use the (unsupported) Internet Explorer available on older Windows Operating Systems. Do you ONLY have Internet Explorer (IE) installed on your Cloud Server? Read This:


If you're struggling with limitations and security errors when accessing your WS Server for the first time, we understand how frustrating it can be. But don't worry! We have a simple solution that will have you up and running in no time. Just follow these easy steps and you'll be browsing and downloading without any issues. So, let's get started!


  1. The first step is to download any alternative browser: Google Chrome - Firefox - Brave on your (own) computer (remember to store it on your physical real-life computer or device).
  2. Upon finishing the download of the installer, take that installer file: right-click, Copy or Ctrl+C to copy the installer.
  3. After copying the installer, paste it by right-clicking and: paste or Ctrl+V inside of your Server (make sure to connect using a Remote Desktop software such as the Windows Remote Desktop Connection program which allows Remote Clipboard by default).
  4. After a successful paste of the installation file - Now start the installation process, once it is finished, well done. You've successfully got an alternative working browser.

Now, enjoy browsing on your server!
