Why do we call our servers "RDP" or "RDPs" not VPS?

Many of our new/existent customers call it “RDP,” we decided to do the same. But to avoid any misunderstanding, our Servers are Operating System of Windows Server: VPS. Because they can be accessed using the “Remote Desktop Protocol program,” they can also be referred to as “RDPs.”
