How do I run games/apps on Gaming (AEMU/Game) Servers?

Created on 2021-08-21 Updated on 2024-01-09

If you are considering purchasing a gaming server for playing local or online games that require any type of GPU, unfortunately, it is currently not possible on AEMU/Game Servers, excluding the unavailable GPU Servers, otherwise, for online game hosting or games that don't require a GPU, check out the mentioned AEMU/Game Servers.

There is no need to worry - you may find other workarounds that will meet your gaming needs. While AEMU/Game Servers are equipped with powerful CPUs and ample RAM, they lack the specialized hardware required for graphics processing.

To start playing PC/Android games, the first step is to download and install the ones you want to play on the Host computer. Once this is done, download and install the Parsec application and follow this guide so you can jump right into the action! To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted gaming experience, we suggest using the Parsec.app, which is optimized for low-latency gameplay, a stable and good network connection, and make sure to meet the minimum/recommended requirements of the app on your PC.

It's important to note that the quality of your gaming experience will depend largely on your Network Speed. We recommend checking out this guide to learn more about Network speed for cloud gaming: How Much Speed Do I Need for Online Gaming?

Make the most of your Game Server(s) by hosting exciting online games, including the popular Minecraft. Also, leverage the potential of your Android Emulator Server(s) (AEMU), by running the pre-installed WSA Android Emulator or even a non-GPU-required Android Emulator version like BlueStacks 4/5 or NoxPlayer 5.

With these powerful capabilities at your fingertips, you can take your gaming experience to the next level.

Enjoy Gaming!
